Olga has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development at both multinational and startup pharmaceutical companies. She is well-versed in all phases of clinical research. Most recently, she was Associate Director of Project Management at Worldwide Clinical Trials where she managed Phase 3 Clinical Studies. Previously, Olga was Director of Operations at Neurotherapeutics Pharma, where she was responsible for IND planning activities for lead and back up compounds.
The majority of Olga’s career was spent with Abbott, where she held positions in Project Management and Clinical Operations in several different therapeutic areas. During her tenure at Abbott, she led global project teams in the early development of nine new chemical entities, taking these compounds from Discovery to IND enabling studies, successful IND submissions, and Phase 1 First-in-Human through Phase 2 Proof of Concept Studies. Her experience also includes several successful regulatory submissions resulting in global registrations for new products and label extensions for approved drugs.
Olga holds a BS degree in Biology from DePaul University, an MBA in Finance from Loyola University, and a MS degree in Product Development from Northwestern University.
